Artist: While currently residing in Southern California, Andrew finds inspiration in nature, graffiti, music, and personal experience. Gravitating towards acrylic and graphite, his pieces are created through layering various media and found objects on hard surfaces; creating work that often juxtaposes images of human anatomy and nature. Through this process, Andrew is constantly experimenting and exploring technique, materials, and application. Much of his work begins as large pieces, to be cut down and rearranged during the creative process. With few pieces reaching completion holding an intended meaning, Andrew attempts to create work that invites the viewer to connect in their own way.
