The Plata is styled after the New Haven original circa 1910 ‘Mission’ mantle clock. The Plata is made of American Quarter Sawn White Oak using traditional through mortise and tenon, keyed joinery. No compromises have been made in the execution of this high quality solid wood case Mantle Clock offered in  Mission Cherry, Medium Traditional, Light Honey, Dark Cherry and a new Special Dark finish. We also offer this clock in the original Ammonia Fumed Weathered Oak finish. Standard appointments include antique clear glass door, our Hermle quartz dual chime movement with a nighttime shut off and a volume control option, a brushed brass pendulum, along with a parchment printed period dial. This clock can be upgraded with our Hermle 8 day wind up Westminster chiming movement .
